I need to speak to a human and this is what I get.

You can set up a callback through the Help icon, @gdyson.

 

Before anything else, can you tell us more about your issue? This way, we can provide you with accurate information to resolve it here. The Community is another available source for support other than phone or chat. Also, we have other users or members of the forum that can chime in and share their recommendations. 

 

However, if you still want to discuss it over the phone, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the Help menu at the top.
  2. Go to Contact Us.
  3. Enter your brief concern in the box.
  4. Press Let’s talk.
  5. Select Get a call and enter your personal information.
  6. Click Confirm my call

You can request a callback between Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PST and Saturdays from 6 AM to 2:30 PM PST. You can read through this article to learn more about the different types of support we offer at Intuit and its availability: Support hours and types
