Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help option on the top right icons.
   
3. Go to the Search tab and then hit Contact Us.
   
4. Enter your concern and then hit Continue.
   
5. Choose Have us call you or select other options like Chat.
