I pay for quickbooks self employed and turbotax self employed bundle. When I send to turbotax from quickbooks it's taking me to quickbooks premier and the income and deductions aren't showing up. Anyone have experience with these problems?

Hello there, @johnsmith051874.

I've checked to see if there are reported issues but found none. To isolate this unexpected behavior, let's check the left menu if you see TurboTax Self-Employed or TurboTax Live Self-Employed. If you're not seeing it you'll have to upgrade so your data will appear.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Upgrade.
  2. Upgrade to either TurboTax Self-Employed or TurboTax Live Self-Employed.
  3. Confirm the upgrade.

However, if you see TurboTax Self-Employed or TurboTax Live Self-Employed, you'll have to check your data in Schedule C. If you encounter a message stating there’s a bit more information we need to gather about your income you need to complete the Schedule C of your taxes.

If none, you need to trigger the message, sign out of TurboTax using the sign out option then log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in an incognito browser and run through the export process again.

Hi

I am not sure why I received this response, as I have neither posted this question nor participated in the thread - in fact, this is the first time I am viewing this query.
