This problem sometimes happens. I would advise you to try a few things. Sometimes errors occur if you're using an outdated version of the app. If it doesn't help and the app is glitching, clearing the cache or simply restarting the app can resolve many issues.
Also, if you're depositing a large check, ensure it's within your account's deposit limits, as exceeding this can sometimes cause an error.
