I've been trying to start recurring invoicing but get error Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81832)"

Anytime I try to speak to support about this, they either disconnect the chat or just stop responding. I've yet to get a clear response or answer

Thank you for reaching the Community, amfloyd.

I'd like to help and make sure you can process those recurring invoices.

Before we proceed, make sure your billing information is updated to avoid any disruption. Let me show you how to check and update those information.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then Account and settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click on Edit ✎

Once you've make sure everything is up to date, you may start creating those recurring transactions.

If the issue still persists, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to resolve it. You can start by accessing QuickBooks on a private window. This will help us check if you’re having a browser-related issue.

These are the shortcut keys to open a private window for your browser:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge - press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox - press CTRL + Shift + P.
  • Safari for Mac - press Command Shift N

If that works, you may go back to your regular browsing window and clear some browser cache.

Don't hesitate to post your concerns or click the reply button for any follow-up questions about invoice. I'm always here to help. Have a great week!

Try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). ... Open incognito tab on your browser (ctrl+shift+n) and try signing into QuickBooks online. This step is to check if you're having cache or cookies related issues.
