i want to change the name of my pro advisory certificate

Hi there,

You can change the name details on your Pro Advisor Certificate and have the changes reflected within 24 hours through the Manage Intuit Account page.

Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks Online Accountant, go to the Profile icon.
2. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
3. In the Personal info section, click on Manage personal info.
   
   
    
4. Edit the name in the Name field; this is the name that will appear on the Pro Advisor certificate after the change is made.
