You may use the same email address to open a new blank QBO account. Any specific issue?

I tried and it wont let me. Says email address allready in use. Please have someone call

Do you have any QBSE or QBO Accountant account with the same email address? Try open the link as I mentioned earlier on your incognito/private browser.
