I understand for accountant which have many transactions that it would be helpful if our accounting software can record a recurring transaction, really save time to focus on more important task right :)
so to follow up your question, you may see that the package that has a recurring feature is in Essential packages :
you may click the "manage bills" feature to see detailed functions.
however, there is a link for a separate country if you are in another location. hope this helps :)
