I understand you've completed the checklist to transmit the data from QuickBooks Self-Employed to Turbo Tax.
It may block your data if you have entered information into Turbo Tax Self-Employed before exporting. You can reach our Customer Care team in this situation to help you restart the process. Otherwise, follow the steps below:
- Start exporting from QuickBooks Self-Employed. If you started from Turbo Tax, you have to sign out and sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Make sure you are not logged in to other products to avoid crossing wires and blocking your data.
- Complete the tax checklist in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Follow the questionnaire in TurboTax Self-Employed.
- Check for messages in the Schedule C section of TurboTax Self-Employed.

- Click Help (?), and select Contact Us.
- Tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant. Enter "talk to a human" then select Continue.
