If you're going to bug us to upgrade, at least use correct English

"Visit below"? That doesn't make sense.

There's nothing "below". There's a button. One doesn't visit buttons. If I click it, will I get to visit with someone "below"? And where might below be?

Maybe "Click the button for step-by-step instructions"? "Click for step-by-step instructions"?

"Your 22.0 upgrade is now available".  Really, my upgrade? How would you know? In any case, I already installed 22.0. Maybe you could notice that and stop nagging me to do something I already did?

Also, when I click the link, it goes to a general help page - so it's clear you don't know that my upgrade is available. Clearly you just want me to buy it. If you knew I'd already bought it, then who would care if I used it or not?

Really, Intuit, it would be smart to have someone that speaks US English as their first language writing messages trying to get US QuickBooks users to upgrade.

I'm determined to improve your impression of our software engineer, @BigRedConsulting.

I know the importance of grammar when it comes to delivering a message or giving directions. Providing proper grammar helps customers to follow the steps directly and to prevent misunderstanding the information.

I'll write this down and personally send it to the perspective team. This allows them to update the sentence in a short time. You can also send feedback about this in your QuickBooks Desktop account by going to the Help menu.

Hi @MichelleBh

Thanks for replying.

I've given a lot of suggestions over time. Nothing really happens, so I don't do it anymore.

There's a lot of this sort of nagging junk in QuickBooks. It drives me nuts. Based on past performance, however, there isn't much will at Intuit to fix it.  If you have someone from PD contact me - someone who is actually ready to make changes - I'll spend as much time as I can letting them know what I think they should change.
