We are trying to update our item list prices using import IFF file utility in QB. When we go to upload the IFF file, we get an error dialogue box. The error message "Something's not right" "We weren't able to import right now. Try Again Later"
We have verified and rebuilt our data. We even exported a file and then attempted to import it back in without making any changes and we still get the same error message so it's unlikely that this problem is related to any changes we made to pricing.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Does quickbooks no longer person to person support?

SOLVED:
I contacted QB Help and they were able to take over my screen and troubleshoot the issue.
The issue was we had a work station running QB while we were trying to import from the host computer.
Turning off all the computers except the host resolved the problem.
The IIF file uploaded correctly.
Thanks for circling back to share your success @Microscope Consultant.
I'm glad you were able to get your IIF files imported successfully.
