Importing time from third party timer into QBS Desktop Pro Plus 2022

My company started to use "Mosaic Project management software" in March 2022.

Integration was setup between QBS Pro Plus 2022 and Mosaic and employees are keeping their time in Mosaic effective March 1, 2022.

How can I import the timesheet from Mosaic into QBs Pro Plus 2022?

Importing time from third party timer into QBS Desktop Pro Plus 2022

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, AOK2022. I'm here to lend a hand.

You may contact Mosaic support to check if they have ways to import the time from their software into QuickBooks Desktop.

Otherwise, you may look for an importer tool that lets you do this. I suggest visiting our QuickBooks Apps website. From there, you can find apps integrated with the QuickBooks program. Please visit this page: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns. I will be here every step of the way. Take care!

@AOK2022

It seems to only support QB Online, not QB Desktop.

If you prefer to keep using QB Desktop, you should prepare your Time Activities data manually

then utilize one of these importer tools
