You can consider assigning the user to the Bill approver role on the Manage users page. This role is limited to approving bills only, preventing them from making payments or other actions related to bills or payments. I'd be glad to guide you through this process.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon, then Manage users.
- Click the Add user button and enter the necessary information.
- In the Roles section, assign the Bill approver role.
- Hit Send invitation.
If the user has already been added, you can simply select Edit in the Action column and assign the user's role.
Once the invitation is sent, the user will receive an email to approve the role.
