In quickbooks online, i am getting a "Something's not right. Please try again later. message. Im set up as a vendor trying to do time tracker

I already tried clearing the cache, tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), but they all don't seem to want to load the plugin.

There's an open investigation for this specific issue. Our engineers are now working diligently to fix this behavior. I'd recommend you contact our Customer Care team and let them know that you're one of the affected users of INV56995. That way, they will link your company to the case. You will then receive a notification via email for its updates. Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.

Make sure we are setting up the users as employees for them to sync the time tracking options when they sign in.
