We purchased the license for the quickbook desktop through Amazon.
So, while installing and using the quickbook desktop, my computer broke down, so I installed it again on another computer.
However, we can't take action because it's a duplicate license, and we can't contact the person in charge of Amazon.

It is impossible to delete the old computer for the quickbook desktop because it is broken. So, if you enter the license into the newly installed equipment, it says it is duplicated. I would like to send you the license, so could you tell me your email address?

I don't know what the CAMPS you mentioned is.
If you can't login to your CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there, Support won't bother to help. You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2018 Pro as a workaround.
The license was purchased separately from Amazon, so I can't check it with this account right now. I only have the information I posted now. I'll delete the image after checking it.
As mentioned by 4Gal, Intuit Support will only acknowledge ownership of your license if you can access CAMPS as a Primary Contact and find your license information there.
Last resort, contact me in private and you may consider using the trial version of QB Desktop 2018 as a workaround.
