Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support and sharing your concerns.
To clarify, did you create any backups of the company file before the computer went down? If so, did you save them to a flash drive or through Intuit Data Protect (IDP)? If you have a copy of a backup file stored anywhere else, we can restore it, and all data up to the backup date will be there. However, any data after the date of the backup will not.
You can install QuickBooks on your new computer. I've gone ahead and included the install link below in case you may need it.
