This isn’t the kind of experience I want you to have, especially when using backing up your QuickBooks. Let’s download and install the latest update for the Intuit Data Protect. These troubleshooting steps will help ensure you’ll see backup files in your View Backup History.
To download:
- In your company file, go to the Help menu at the top menu bar and Update QuickBooks.
- Tap the Update Now tab and choose Data Protect.
- Click the Get Updates tab and press OK to confirm the action.
Once done, you can now install the update. Click here to get the complete steps and proceed directly to Step 2.
