It is a 1-833 number. I found out not long after posting this that this is not QB support. I’ve called QB support and it has had to be escalated. I hope they can get the issue fixed soon because I’m at a standstill and payroll taxes are due plus I have a paycheck I have to get submitted asap.
If it's in a pop-up message that closes QB every time you close the message, I've seen that. You can drag QB out from under it to continue working (easier if you have multiple monitors). It's a virus that was somehow attached to an update file. Call ProAdvisor support for help getting the virus removed.
I did and am waiting. I really am pressed for time. Do I need to call again and give this information because it took the lady a while to acknowledge that there was a problem which I said right from the get go.
Like I said, you can drag QB out from under the error message and continue to work... just don't click the "Close" button on the error message. It's a short term work around but you should still be able to get things accomplished.
I have not been able to move QB itself or that window at all so it has been a hindrance no matter what I do. I am only able to minimize windows within QB and move them around, but they will not move over the error, only under and to the sides of it. So far the error has not shown up again in the last hour or so, so I'm hoping they've got it fixed although they have not called to confirm it. I am now having issues sending a client payroll and am not sure if that is related or not so I am hoping to hear back from them on this so I can inquire.

Can you find the following files in the same folder?
90s.trf

I did try all this before I called support, but so far it appears that the issue has been fixed by support as I haven't had any issues since yesterday early evening. I don't fully understand where to look once a rebuild has been performed to find any certain lines/possible errors. Every time I did a rebuild because of these issues, the box that came up said all was fine most of the time or I got a '179' error. Thank you for your help.
