We have been using QB Enterprise Solutions Professional Services 12.0 version for the past couple of years. Recently, we have been experiencing an unusual glitch in the program such that when we try to change the price for 1 item it results into changing multiple and random items' prices by itself. We have tried in both single and multiple users mode but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced similar glitch?

I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no records of subscribers reporting that their books are changing the prices for multiple items when one item's price is changed.
Since your items are changing prices by themselves, I'd recommend performing a Verify Data to see if anything needs to be rebuilt.
Here's how:
After verification's complete, you'll see one of a few possible messages. I've listed each of them and their meanings below:
If your Verify/Rebuild Data utilities didn't solve the issue, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
They can be reached while you're using QuickBooks:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful day!
