I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean, I assume you’re looking to find a 3rd party app that can help you manage inventory tracking of a huge number of products?  

I’d recommend simply checking out the inventory management app listed on the QuickBooks App Store.

**EDIT** It does have integration, but only with QBO, though it can be used alongside for you inventory needs :)
