QuickBooks doesn't have the option to automatically make inactivate an inventory once fully sold. You'll have to manually make them as inactive so that they won't show up when creating your sales.
Here's how:
- Go to Sales.
- Click Product and services.
- Look for the item that you want to inactivate, then click the ACTION drop-down list.
- Select Make inactive.
- Click Yes to confirm.
