Hi there,
I have an issue that started a few months back. I cut and paste several paragraphs from a MS Word doc onto an invoice. It looks single spaced on both the Word doc and on the QB screen. But as soon as I print it, it is double spaced. It also appears double spaced in preview. Any ideas?
I feel like I've checked all the format setting on both Word and QB Invoice.

There might be an additional line feed after each line (I think its the control-J character). What happens if you type the information in by hand into an invoice (try just typing 3 or 4 lines and then print that and see)?
If the typed info doesn't double space then the formatting out of Word is likely the issue. You might try pasting it into a different text editor (like TextEditor, included with the OS) and see if then copying out of there works.

Thanks. Must be a Word issue I can't see. Tried it in pages and that worked. Thanks for your suggestion.
Thanks for your response. Seems to be a Word issue. QB is up to date.
