This morning tried to send several invoices using the batch actions option. After a few minutes an error appeared.
"14 emails could not be sent due to an unexpected error."
Error info does not provide much help. This is the first time I've had this problem. These are clients I send to regularly so I'm not looking at bad email problems. Is there something down on the QB servers? Any info would be appreciated.
A number of users, including myself, have been reporting the "Delivery Server Down" error this morning. Unfortunately, the solutions described in QB's help article do not solve the problem.
I'm having the same issue this morning. Have you by chance submitted a report to QB?
Thanks for the reply. I did come across that error as well in my research. So I'm assuming there is nothing to do but wait for QB to solve the problem on their end.
Hello, @MikeA6453, @User_4-6-23, and @Stevenfa33.
I appreciate your time and patience in raising this issue in this thread. I'd like to chime in and give some details about the invoice delivery issue.
An investigation case was just raised this morning about the unexpected error or the Delivery Server Down message when sending out the forms. Our engineers are currently working to fix the invoice delivery system as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we'll want to manually download those invoices as PDFs, then send them manually outside of QuickBooks.
We can also check for status updates about the issue here: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/.

Once again, we appreciate your patience as we're working to fix the invoice delivery system. Please let me know if you have more questions about managing your invoices or running some reports. I'm here to help.
I am also having the same issue.
Hi EE123.
We're aware that some QuickBooks Online users are currently experiencing errors when emailing invoices. Our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We'll share updates as soon as we learn more. You may also check for updates on your end from time to time through this link: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/.
Thank you for your patience while we're working on a fix.
This is very frustrating. I tried to send numerous invoices and kept getting a delivery error. I just spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep that had no idea there was a problem and very nice trying to help me on my end. He had no way to even reach out to engineering to see if it was on your end. I knew it wasn't my issue because I was sending to a couple different emails including my own. QB's needs to tell the customer service reps when there is an issue. Frustrated to say the least.
same thing here! Spent a lot of time trying to rectify the issue ... also missed an estimate deadline because the first time I tried to send off something this morning it didn't even notify me of an issue. I sure wish we'd get an email notifying of this problem asap!!
I'm having the same issue sending estimates and invoices as of 12:30PM PST. Any ETA on resolving the issue?
I can see the urgency of getting this resolved, @erinwal and @HydSol.
I checked the status of the investigation about unable to send invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and it's still in progress. Rest assured our engineers are doing their best to get you back on track as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can download the invoices as a PDF and attach it to an email outside of QuickBooks Online. Please know that if you opt for this workaround, you'll need to manually apply the payment to the invoice once you receive it from your customer.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we look into this further. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach back out. Have a great day.
Same Issue ... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!
