It can be a bit inconvenient when invoice fields that were previously visible suddenly aren't displayed, Champion. However, we have several troubleshooting steps available that can help restore the original display of your invoices.
You can sign in to your QBO account in an incognito or private browser to see if the fields on the invoice are still not visible. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:
If those fields appear in a private window, clearing your browser's cache might fix the issue, as it resets the program to its original settings. Browsers store cache to load pages faster, but over time, this can get outdated and lead to problems. I've tried clearing the cache, incognito, different browsers, deleting templates & creating new templates & still having issues with missing info on the invoice, I'm missing description & amount
