invoice not showing bill/charge amount

I created an invoice, but it won't allow me to enter a charge for the product/ materials, services or even hours. I create the customer but can't charge them. This is the 1st time I have had this issue. I have been able to create and bill in the past.

invoice not showing bill/charge amount

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community, @PatriotDG. I'm here to help you successfully enter an amount to your invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To troubleshoot the issue, we can start by accessing your account using your browser's incognito mode. This will help us determine if an outdated cache in your browser is causing you to be unable to enter an amount in your invoice. Depending on your browser type, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to enter the amount, proceed to clear your browser's cache for a fresh start. Additionally, I recommend using other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Additionally, if you have encountered an error, you can also provide us with the error details and a screenshot. This would greatly assist us in resolving the issue.

Furthermore, I recommend visiting these articles to help you create personalized sales forms and manage invoice payments inside the program:

Keep me posted if you have further questions about managing invoices in QBO. I'll be back with you as soon as possible. Take care.
