invoice template attached to email

I am new to Quickbooks Desktop.  How do I change the invoice template that is sent when emailing invoices to customers?  I am happy with the email template but not with the actual invoice that is sent.

Sending customized templates or invoices to your customers can give your business a more professional appearance.

 

Let me show you how.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Lists tab.
  3. Select Template.
  4. Double-click the template you’d like to edit.

 

From the Basic Customization window, you edit the font, apply color, change your logo, and add some additional information. 

 

I’m also adding here an article that will guide if you wanted to create your templates in QuickBooks Desktop. Create a custom email template.
