Invoice template won't save

Let me share with you some insights about creating an invoice template in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

In QuickBooks when you change a template, it'll also affect the rest of the existing templates. QuickBooks Desktop allows you to upload invoice templates made from scratch using Microsoft Word, this is known as the 'Import Styles' feature.

Here's how you can import an invoice template:

1. Go to the Lists menu, and choose Templates.

2. Click the Templates drop-down arrow, then select Import.

3. Look for the file, then click Open.
