I am very frustrated after the last recent update. I use a third-party platform to upload my company invoices into QuickBooks Online which used to work perfectly for over a year. However, after the recent update, these invoices are now uploaded automatically under a template named "Modern". Even thou I already set up my new personalized format, this is still not working. I tried to contact support with no luck spending hours on the phone and chatting but unfortunately, looks like these people have no idea how to resolve it or at least find the problem. Now I have to change my templates manually before they are sent to my customers.

yes, it is frustrating but even more so when no one from Quickbooks has contacted me even though there are a couple of open tickets. Thank you for the reply, however, I already tried that one, and did not work. I use a third-party app to download my invoices into Quickbooks and for some reason, they are now downloaded with a completely different format that I have never used or saved before. The only reason I continue using Quickbooks is because is the only accounting software integrated with my operational software from where I download my invoices. It is ridiculous Quickbooks customer service and support.
