Is anyone having, all of a sudden, an issue when printing invoices that none of the text on the invoice will print?
The company logo & lines on the invoice will print, but no text?
In print preview, everything looks fine, but not when trying to print the invoice.

Upon checking here on my end, there’s an ongoing investigation about printing invoices. Rest assured, our engineers are aware of this and they’re doing their best to find a solution to fix it.

My invoices still will not print with any text on them. I have quickbooks online with MacBooks. How can I fix this? I downloaded Firefox like they said but it doesn't fix it.

We're aware that some QuickBooks Online (QBO) users are experiencing errors when printing their invoices via PDF Mac. Currently, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-93599) regarding this issue. Rest assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve your issue and get your business up and running again.

Unfortunately this did not work. I appreciate the effort to help, but we need a fix quickly, or revert to the previous version which worked just fine. Billing & invoicing are essential to getting paid. Honestly, I'm already looking at different options as far as other apps.
Same, been having this issue for over a month now (INV-92481). They are working 'diligently' on it, they say. Wish they were as diligent about fixing this problem as they are about charging my credit card $85/month. Guarantee if that was an issue they'd get sh*t fixed in a hurry.

We are still unable to PRINT INVOICES - only logo shows up. This issue has been going on much too long, while we are all paying significant amount of money to Quickbooks. If this "NEW" system is not working, please please get back to one that works! Also - REFUND MONEY wasted by your clients due to Quickbooks inability to resolve this issue in a timely and responsible manner.
