Invoicing with Google Calender

My invoicing with Google Calender app isn't filling in all the fields in my invoices. When I choose multiple items, the app only inputs charges for the last item and none of the others. It wasn't doing this last month. I almost lost hundreds of dollars in billing, but caught what it was doing. Can we get a fix for this. It's taking a lot of extra time to correct manually.

I know this hasn't been an easy process for you, @WallyB. Let me provide some steps to fix your invoicing with Google Calendar.

 

To begin, let's establish a new connection with your invoicing app so you can get back to business in no time. Here's how to get an invoice with the Google Calendar app within QuickBooks Online:

 

  1. Proceed to Apps and select Find Apps.
  2. Enter Invoice with Google Calendar in the Search address and click the app.
  3. Select Get App Now.
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen to complete the integration.

Invoicing with Google Calender

App still does not work. It won't find anything from my calendar. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same. Not working. Perhaps it has to do with new google updates. I experienced something similar a year ago and the support team was able to find a fix. Please hurry, I have end of month invoicing to do this week!

Currently, we have an ongoing issue with invoicing with Google Calendar. And our Product Engineers are working to fix it as quickly as possible. While they do, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team, so they'll add you to the list of affected users. 

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
