Start by reviewing your Subscription and Billing information to ensure you have the Essential, Plus, or Advanced version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) including the Time Entries feature. To do so, you can follow the steps below:
Furthermore, if you're using the Time tab in the left panel to enter time entries, note that a separate subscription is needed for integration with your QBO account. You can refer to the visual reference provided below:
However, I recommend contacting our live support team if you're adding time entries by using the + New icon at the upper right corner of the dashboard. This feature should be part of your subscription plan, and you should not incur any charges for using it.

Without doing anything on my side, the paywall screen is gone today and I am able to access the basic time entry portal again. Thanks for reaching out but it must have been a glitch/bug.
