Is anyone else experiencing blurred snapped receipts when using Galaxy 21 Ultra? Images are crystal clear when I take them and then end up blurry when reviewed.

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together to figure out why your snapped receipts are showing blurred in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Using a private browser or incognito window will be the best route in order to narrow down the cause of the problem. Here's how depending on your browser session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, try using a different supported browser.
