Error 103 means your bank credentials are incorrect. You'll want to update your sign-in information on your bank's website first so you can link your account. More information can be found in this article: Fix bank error 103.
In addition, make sure you select the right bank link when you search for your bank in QuickBooks. For example, if you're connecting your savings account, you need to select the link for savings accounts. Your bank may have different links for different types of accounts.
