Is anyone else having printing problems printing a trial balance , balance sheet or profit/loss with online version

Thanks for dropping by the Community, @David52.

I have just the steps you need for printing reports successfully in QuickBooks Online.

One possible reason why you’re having problems printing reports is because of an outdated or damaged Adobe Reader. This can be resolved by updating or repairing your software installation.

For the detailed instructions on how to update the program, check out this website: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/install-updates-reader-acrobat.html.

You can also take a look at this article for your reference: How to update, repair, or reinstall Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

It can be that local internet cache files are also the reason for this unexpected behavior. Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting to make sure the issue isn’t browser related.

Let’s start logging in to QuickBooks using a private window. Here’s how:
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
•    Command + Shift + N (Safari)
•    Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If it works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to fix the issue. Before doing so, make sure to take note of your saved passwords and URLs. Once done, here's an article with the steps on how to perform clear cache: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

That should do it. Please give this a try and let me know how it goes. Thanks for dropping by, I'll keep an eye out for your response.
