Is anyone else receiving non-stop EMails about “Payment Information Update”? This has been going on for two days now and is filling up my email!

This resembles a suspicious phishing email, @wadekelley19.

All our emails originate from an address ending with @intuit.com. Also, any links we provide in our emails will direct you to an intuit.com address.

Here's how you can report it:

  1. Go to this link: https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.

What's more, I've included these articles  on how to protect your account and how we keep your data secure:

Please let me know if you have any questions about receiving payment emails or QBO-related concerns. I'm always around to lend a hand.

Sorry, this canned response is about security and protection of my account.  Does not address the defect/problem within QuickBooks Online that keeps spamming my email at 5:38AM CST Friday June 13th and continuing sixteen (16) times until finally stopping at 5:57AM CST.  Again same email came on Saturday at 10:39AM and continued six (6) times until finally stopping at 10:45AM CST.  I am 95% confident that if you look into this problem you will see NO user requests and these emails are all generated by some system "retry" logic based on some payment processing issue/problem.
