Is anyone experiencing QBO issues of it being non responsive? It keeps making me wait or exit page for my purchase orders as well as other pages in QBO

Is anyone experiencing QBO issues of it being non responsive? It keeps making me wait or exit page for my purchase orders as well as other pages in QBO

Unresponsive pages and slow loading times in QuickBooks Online (QBO) have something to do with temporary internet files. I'd recommend checking your browser, as it causes issues when running the program.

 

To proceed, log in to your QBO account in a private window to see if it loads pages faster, or you can access purchase orders without delays. Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

Once you can utilize QuickBooks without issues, clear your regular browser's cached data. However, if the issue persists while browsing privately, you can switch to another supported browser. Here are some of them:

 

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. 
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer
