Thanks for responding...Evidently it's being fixed because I'm no longer getting the error message. I'm now getting a give us a few moments "something's not right on our end"... moments ago I couldn't perform any actions now I'm getting access...

In this situation, we're going to perform the browser troubleshooting method. This is done to check if this is caused by the stored data while surfing the internet. Over time this data will become obsolete and can cause this odd behavior to the program.
Let's start by using an incognito browser and check if you can access QuickBooks Online (QBO) program. Then, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache if you can get into QBO without any error. If not, you can use another supported browser.
