  • We never ask for personal info via email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we email will only be from an intuit.com domain.

Is anyone receiving daily emails from Intuit that say their bank connection isn't working, but it in fact does work?

The emails are coming from intuit.com.  If you send me an email address, I will forward them to you.  Here is the text:

 

"Your (bank name deleted) connection isn’t working
Regarding: "Name deleted"
Transactions from your (bank name deleted) aren’t coming into QuickBooks.
Reconnect your account today to get your books back on track.
Here's what to do:
1. Sign in to QuickBooks
2. Go to Banking or Transactions
3. Choose your bank account
4. Follow the instructions to to fix the connection
Reconnect now
If you already updated your connection, you don’t need to do anything."

 

Even though I have updated my connection, I still get one or two messages every day.  This is a bug in your system.

Since the emails you acquired are from intuit.com, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further investigation. They can verify the root cause of these messages and provide a resolution. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.

 

If this includes links, please do not open or click them. You'll want to get familiar with the official email communication from Intuit Payments
