Is it possible for qbo to show the qty available after sales orders?

1. In your QBO account, go to My Apps.
2. Click on the Sales & Get Paid dropdown and select Products & Services.
3. Then, check on the Qty on Hand column.

1. Navigate to Reports and enter Inventory Valuation Detail.
2. From the report, you can view the available items from the Qty on Hand column.
3. You can also customize the report to filter a specific item or data.

So, i understand how to view how many are on hand like that, however, I would like for it to show me if there are items on sales order, and not yet invoiced.....

That qty on hand, doesn't reflect any that are not yet invoiced

You can run the Open Sales Order by Item report to view items on sales orders that haven't been invoiced.
 

Please be aware that this report is currently in beta, so access may not be available to all users.

Here's how to access it:
 

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Standard reports.
3. Enter Open Sales Order by Item in the report search box.
   

If you’re unable to access the report, you can manually retrieve a list of all items from the Sales orders section.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to My Apps and select Sales & Get Paid.
2. Click on Sales orders.
3. Locate the items marked Not invoiced in the Payment Status column.
4. In the Action column of the item, click the dropdown arrow next to Edit, select Print, and save the file to your computer.

Thanks for the response, however, i guess it's not possible to view a list of inventory items with the available qty after sales orders shown, I need to check the stock level, then subtract off the sales orders. Thanks anyway
