There are currently no incidents reported today. When you're having trouble loading the QuickBooks website or some pages are freezing, you can visit the QuickBooks Status to check any system issues.
In the meantime, we can do some troubleshooting steps to investigate if this is caused by a corrupted file cache on your browser. To start, open an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't store cache.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Next, try to sign in to your QuickBooks account. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps resolve any common browser-related issues. Finally, restart your to refresh the settings.
On the other hand, try using a different supported browser.
