I blame it on Bill Gates. Why any document has to be opened as a viewable pdf in a browser window before allowing us to print from right click print or even Ctrl+P is a tool that has been stolen from all of us, including desktop users.
And ot is not limited to printing from QB. Open any file directory, select a file and select print and a program has to start to open the file first. Simply unacceptable
Yes, there is @gcburkhardt!
In QuickBooks Online, you can efficiently print any forms, including invoices, by printing them in batch. Let me walk you through the steps on how to accomplish this.
Additionally, I've also included this reference helpful with the steps needed in accepting payments made by your customers: How to Receive and Record the Accounting for Invoice Payments?
Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions or concerns with QuickBooks tasks and navigations. I'm always around happy to help. Take care and stay safe!
John-pero, don't blame only bill gates my Mac does it too 3 clicks just for 1 print!
We don't always print batches, sometimes you need a "one-off" invoice. Also, we print two copies a time and have to constantly change the copy number to two. Is there a way to set 2 copies as default?
On par, not liking QBO. No multiple windows like desktop version. Very annoying.

Welcome to the Community! I'd be more than happy to answer your question about particular default settings.
I can see how beneficial this could be for your business. However, to set up two copies as default isn't available at this time.
I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this in the near future. Here's how:
Feel free to come back if you have any other questions or concerns. I'm only a post away. Have a great day!
This is your answer? I'm just trying to print a check. 7 clicks to print a check and get back to where I was. Try training this to employees? If you were secretly thinking QBO sucks, you can't reveal it to bright and upcoming employees. But when you here yourself saying "I don't know, it just takes that many clicks." or "Yes it's been like this for many years, they don't listen." It might mean, they don't listen. Hey Intuit, take those extra $100s you get from me and hire a decent coder for the love of God.
