For now, scheduling a future ACH payment is currently unavailable. Although, posting of funds to your account will depend on the type of payment they will be using. You can check out this article for more information: Deposits FAQ.
I'll take note of this as a feature request and will be forwarded to our engineers. They review customer suggestions for updates and new services.

I am also waiting for this feature. I am not sure why QB is not adding this general feature. Most of our customers are interested to schedule payments. Due to non availability, I have to create a google reminder to process the payments.
Any updates on if/when this feature may be added? I have a customer who would like to schedule their ACH payment, too.
