Is there a way to talk to quickbooks support after hours?

Yes, there's a way to talk to our QuickBooks Online Support after hours. I understand your urge to talk to someone for support. But before I hand you over, I'd happy to give help. May I know your specific concern? I'd appreciate any additional details that you can provide so I can help you out.

 

On the other hand, you can contact our support by hitting the Help button in your QuickBooks Online. Please note that, if you're using Plus, Essentials, Simple Start, our Support Team is open from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For QuickBooks Advanced, they are available at any time.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us. 
  2. Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk
  3. Choose to Get a callback to get an expert within 3-5 mins, it depends on the queue. 
  4. Complete the needed information and submit the request.

Is there a way to talk to quickbooks support after hours?

Yes, none of that is working on my end.  I can't get ahold of support, it just says they are closed.  I need help fixing my Payroll account.  There has been an issue with a card and I have been trying to get it fixed all week, but I keep getting transferred and then hung up on.

Posting questions in the Community is one way of getting a support from the QuickBooks Team. Our phone and chat support channels on the other hand is only open in the specified business hours. 

 

Since your concern is about your account, you'll need to be assisted by either a phone or chat support representative. This is because the Community is a public forum and we're unable to open or verify accounts in this platform.
