issues logging into to QuickBooks online Self Employed

I'm trying to log in to Quickbooks Online Self-Employed account and all it does is "spin" on the login page.  Is there a reason it is doing this?

I've tried logging off and shutting down/restarting my laptop, clearing my cache / cookies, and updating my password.  My coworker is able to login to his account without any issues on his computer.

What can I do to get logged in?

It's my priority to help you with logging in to your QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE) account seamlessly, accountingMHLLC.

To start with, let's access your account using a private window or incognito. Also, you'll want to use other supported browsers.

QuickBooks is designed to work with specific system requirements to ensure compatibility, and prevent system related issues when using the program. That said, it is important to make sure your computer meets the system requirements.

If the error persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can add your account to the open investigation. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and a permanent fix will be sent via email.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Type something like login issue.
  3. When you get suggested topics, type in I still need a human.
  4. Choose a topic from the suggestions again, and select I still need a human.
  5. Click Contact us.
  6. Choose either Messaging or Callback.

For tips and other handy resources, I recommend visiting our QuickBooks Help Articles page.
