There's an ongoing issue with Kinecta Federal Credit Union. Our customers are encountering error 102. Our Product Engineering team is already aware of this and is now working on the connection between Kinecta Federal Credit Union and QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team, so you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive an email notification once we resolve the issue.
You can reach our Customer Support for QBO by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Then, let them add you to Investigation No. 74186.

While we're still working for a fix, you can manually add your bank transactions through the WebConnect process. Here's more information about downloading the transactions from the bank. Then, uploading the file to your account: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
