I am unable to find a file specification for QBO files. I need to know if there is a length limitation on the ACCTID field in QBO files. The OFX specification limits ACCTID to 22 characters, but I have been unable to find a limitation specified on way or the other for QBO file format.

If ACCTID is Account Name then the limit is 100
No, in a QBO file (not QuickBooks Online; it's a WebConnect file), there is a field called ACCTID. I need to know if there's a max length for this field in the extract file. In the OFX spec, it's limited to 22 characters.
No, it's not Account Name. It's in the QBO format WebConnect file, not QuickBooks Online. The extract file has a field named ACCTID. That's what I need to know the length limitation for.
