Limited User Role can still access payroll check amounts for all employees.

How do you hide payroll info in the search bar when users with no access to payroll can still search an employees name and there paycheck date and amount show in the search results.

Thank you for your previous assistance. I have previously submitted the requested feedback but have not yet received a response. This is a time-sensitive issue, and I would appreciate it if I could speak with an engineer today to work towards a resolution. Please let me know how to arrange this. Thank you
