I see the convenience on your part if there's an option to rearrange the order of the items. However, this is currently not a feature in QuickBooks. I suggest sharing your suggestion from your company file, so our development team will know that you like this option.
- Click on Help and choose Send Feedback Online.
- Select Product Suggestion.
- In the Product Area field, select Customers & Sales.
- Enter the summary of your suggestion.
- (Optional) Enter your name and email address.
- Choose Send Feedback.
