I've logged into Quckbooks Self-Employed this morning but it is stuck on the "We're fetching your data" page and won't stop. None of the subjects on the left side of the page will work. I've tried quitting and logging back in but it does the same thing. Anyone have a suggestion?
Also, I tried to log in through my iphone. That was successful, however, when I did it recognized me as someone with the name Angela Echols (same middle name), and her name was on my W-9 with all my information (address, social security number, etc.) This is VERY disturbing and I need this resolved now.

Issues with account information needs to be handle in a secure environment. Since Community is a public space, I'd want to route you to our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. They have the special tools that can help your verify this user and provide information on how she became associated with your account.
