Login Issue

I've logged into Quckbooks Self-Employed this morning but it is stuck on the "We're fetching your data" page and won't stop. None of the subjects on the left side of the page will work. I've tried quitting and logging back in but it does the same thing. Anyone have a suggestion?

QuickBooks Self-Employed is an online-based software. Its performance depends not only on the internet but also on your browser. To fix this behavior, we can perform troubleshooting steps.

 

To start with, let's access your account using a private window or incognito. If it'll works, we'll need to clear the cache. Once the browser saves too much cache, it'll result to surfing problems.

Login Issue

That did not work.

 

Also, I tried to log in through my iphone. That was successful, however, when I did it recognized me as someone with the name Angela Echols (same middle name), and her name was on my W-9 with all my information (address, social security number, etc.) This is VERY disturbing and I need this resolved now.

Issues with account information needs to be handle in a secure environment. Since Community is a public space, I'd want to route you to our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. They have the special tools that can help your verify this user and provide information on how she became associated with your account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Select the Help (next to Assistant) menu on the upper right.
  3. Select Contact us.
  4. Fill in Ask a question (or tell us what’s wrong), then select Continue.
  5. Choose Chat as your method to contact support.
